    Frequently Asked Questions

Is your honey really pure and unprocessed?

Yes. The honey is hand-harvested, cold-processed, and contains all the natural enzymes, antioxidants, and pollen.

Does your honey contain pesticides or microplastics?

No. Our bees live in completely pristine natural areas in Tanzania, far from agriculture, industry, and pollution. Laboratory tests confirm that our honey is free of pesticides and microplastics.

My honey is crystallizing, is that normal?

Yes. Crystallization is a sign of pure, unprocessed honey. If necessary, briefly soak the jar in warm water to liquefy it. Processed or heated honey often doesn't crystallize.

Why is African honey different from European honey?

Tanzania boasts an exceptionally rich biodiversity. Bees collect nectar from hundreds to thousands of wildflowers and plants. In Europe, this is limited by monocultures, pesticides, and cold winters. This makes African honey fuller, richer, and more powerful in flavor.

How do I best use honey for health benefits?

For optimal benefits, we recommend taking 1 teaspoon daily (preferably with a wooden spoon). This ensures the body utilizes the natural enzymes, antioxidants, and nutrients consistently.

"Sweetness arises when body and soul are in harmony, like honey that unites nature and man." - Plato
